The best way to reach Soulmate Sketch is by email at hello@soulmatesketch.net. We reply within 1–2 business days.
Questions about a purchase
Soulmate Sketch does not sell anything directly. If you bought a product through one of our links, such as Tina Aldea's soulmate sketch, the seller and ClickBank handle your order, payment, delivery and refunds.
For help with an order:
- ClickBank: use the support link in your receipt email, or go to clickbank.com and open its customer support or order lookup page.
- The seller: use the support details on the seller's page or in your order emails.
Have your order number ready. It is in your receipt email. We cannot see your order or issue refunds, but our refund policy explains the steps.
What to include
To help us answer quickly, please add:
- The page your question is about, as a link
- A short note about what you need or what went wrong
- A screenshot, if something looks broken
Please never send your full card number by email. We do not need it to help you.
