Can you get a refund from Soulmate Sketch?

Soulmate Sketch does not sell anything directly and does not take payments, so there is nothing for us to refund. If you bought a product through one of our links, the seller and ClickBank handle your refund. This page explains how to ask for one.

Refunds for Tina Aldea's soulmate sketch

Tina Aldea's hand-drawn soulmate sketch is sold through ClickBank, which is the retailer. Her page states a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds go through ClickBank, not through Soulmate Sketch.

The seller's and ClickBank's own refund terms apply. Please check them on the order page or in your receipt email, since they can change.

How to ask for a refund through ClickBank

  1. Find your receipt email. ClickBank sends it after you buy. It has your order number.
  2. Go to ClickBank's customer support. Visit clickbank.com and open its customer support or order lookup page.
  3. Look up your order. Use the email address you bought with and your order number.
  4. Ask for a refund. Follow the steps on the page and say briefly why you are asking.

Ask within the 30 days stated on her page. Once a refund is approved, the money goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. How long that takes depends on ClickBank and your bank or PayPal.

Contacting the seller

You can also contact the seller's support, using the details on her page or in your order emails. This can help if your sketch did not arrive or you have a question about your reading.

Extras bought after checkout

If you said yes to an optional extra reading after checkout, it is a separate purchase. You can ask about a refund for it the same way, through ClickBank or the seller.

The free AI sketch tool

Our free AI sketch tool costs nothing. Since there is no payment, there is nothing to refund.
