The rules for using Soulmate Sketch, our free AI sketches and the links to products we recommend.

Agreement to these terms

These terms apply when you use Soulmate Sketch (soulmatesketch.net). By using the site, using the free AI sketch tool or following a link to a product we recommend, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Soulmate Sketch, which is run by Soulmate Sketch Artists, 2661 29th St SE, Suite B, Grand Rapids, MI 49512, United States. "You" means the person using the site.

What Soulmate Sketch is

Soulmate Sketch is an independent website about soulmate sketches. We do three things:

  • Publish guides about soulmate sketches
  • Offer a free AI sketch tool on selected pages
  • Recommend products sold by third parties, such as Tina Aldea's hand-drawn soulmate sketch, through affiliate links

We do not sell any products ourselves, and we do not take payments. Everything on the site is for entertainment and reflection. It is not a psychic service, and nothing here predicts the future. Please read our disclaimer for more.

Who can use Soulmate Sketch

You must be 18 or older to use Soulmate Sketch. By using the site, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Acceptable use

When you use Soulmate Sketch, you agree not to:

  • Break any law or anyone else's rights
  • Try to create images of real, identifiable people
  • Use the service to harass, mislead or harm anyone
  • Enter hateful, sexual or abusive content into any field
  • Get around the daily limit, the watermark or other limits, for example by using bots or automated tools
  • Copy, scrape, overload or attack the site or its systems
  • Present a sketch as a real psychic reading or as a photo of a real person in order to deceive others

We may block access or stop providing the service to anyone who breaks these rules.

The free AI sketch tool

On selected pages, you can use a free AI tool that draws a pencil-style portrait of an imagined soulmate from a short quiz, with a short reading.

  • It is free. There is no paid version of the tool.
  • Sketches are phone quality (768×1024 px) and include a small watermark.
  • You can make 2 free sketches per person per day.
  • Each sketch is made by AI. The face is fictional and does not show a real person.

We may change the features, limits or availability of the tool at any time, or stop offering it.

Your sketches and your license

As long as you follow these terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the sketches and readings you make with the free tool for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This means you can:

  • Keep and view your sketches
  • Share them with friends and on social media
  • Give a sketch file to someone as a personal gift

You may not, without our written permission:

  • Sell or resell sketches or readings
  • Put them on products for sale, such as mugs, shirts or posters
  • Use them in ads, logos or other commercial work
  • Pass them off as art drawn by hand

Please do not remove or crop the watermark.

We keep all rights in the site itself, including its design, text, prompts and software.

Limits of AI output

AI output has limits. Please keep these in mind:

  • Each sketch is new and made by AI. The same answers can give different results.
  • Sketches may have small flaws, such as odd details in hair, hands or the background.
  • A face may look like a real person by chance. Any resemblance is coincidental.
  • Readings are general and creative. They are not facts about your future.
  • We cannot promise that a sketch will match exactly what you pictured.

Products sold by third parties

Some links on Soulmate Sketch lead to products sold by other businesses, such as Tina Aldea's soulmate sketch, which is sold through ClickBank. When you buy through one of these links:

  • You buy from the seller and ClickBank, not from us.
  • The seller's and ClickBank's own terms, prices and refund rules apply.
  • Payment, delivery, support and refunds are handled by the seller or ClickBank.

We describe these products as fairly as we can, based on the seller's own page. But we are not responsible for third-party products, their quality or delivery, the claims made about them, or any change in their price or terms. Please read the seller's page before you buy. We are an affiliate of the products we recommend. If you buy through one of our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our disclaimer has our full affiliate disclosure.

Limits of liability

Soulmate Sketch is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running well, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • We are not responsible for decisions you make based on a sketch, reading or guide.
  • We are not responsible for products or services sold by third parties, including any product you buy through our links.
  • We are not liable for indirect or follow-on losses.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party services

We use third-party services to run Soulmate Sketch, including AI image and text services and Cloudflare. Products we recommend are sold by their sellers through ClickBank. Their own terms may apply when you use their services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date on this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
